Terms of service.

Scope of Work

Echo Sound agrees to produce audio content as agreed upon with the Client. The specifics of the project, including but not limited to the recording, amending, altering, processing, and or finalizing of the audio content, will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work.

Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay Echo Sound as per the payment terms outlined in the Statement of Work or Invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Ownership Rights

Upon full payment, Echo Sound will retain the ownership rights to the final audio product, unless expressly noted otherwise. The Client will have the right to use the final product as per the terms agreed upon, including but not limited to making copies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project details confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify Echo Sound Space & it’s affiliates against any claims resulting from the Client’s unlawful use of the audio content.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination fees may apply as outlined in the Statement of Work.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Echo Sound Space & it’s affiliates operate.
